Mark Clattenburg

It can only be summed that Clatteberg is corrupt. If he can only make a desicion on what he or his linesmen see. How can he see something that didn't happen? The ball hit Sterling on the back. How can someone see it hit his arm if it didn't. Probability or supposition don't come into it. If h3 didnt see it then he cant give the penalty. The man's a cheat.

I feel the referees are doing their best to keep Leciester and Spurs up there. Does wonders for ratings. Every year sky want a story and this is this year's best seller.
That pen was just about the worst decision I've seen all season, and he's meant to be our best ref. They were arguing on sky whether it was intentional or not when it didn't matter because it never hit his hand.

Are you suggesting that sky where trying their best to justify the decision? Quinn immediately said no penalty yet moments later after a word in his ear he is rambling on about how he can see why he gave it. Fucking absolute bollocks as you can't give a penalty if it's neither deliberate or as was the case, it doesn't even hit his hand or arm! The fact it's now being brushed under the carpet says it all.

Shame so much of this is spin.
e.g." The following officials have not refereed any Leicester City games since Webb took over - Attwell, Friend, Hooper, R. Madley, A. Madley, Scott, Stroud, Dowd and Foy (although Foy has now retired)."

This season - Atwell 4 matches (none last year), Hooper 1 match (none last year), A Madley (not even on the PL panel I don't think), Scott 4 matches, Dowd none this year, Foy retd, Stroud 2 matches (1 last year when Leicester lost) (taken from the PL website)

So of the 9 refs listed, 7 have 11 matches between them. Doesn't grant a lot of confidence in the rest of the claims.

For the sake of balance / devils advocate Could Yaya have been sent off yesterday for two yellows all be it soft ?

What annoys me most is how these managers aren’t challenged. Spurs boss turned into Wenger and didn’t see anything, probably because there was nothing to see in the first place. Same with Martinez when he was spouting shit about all the decisions we should of got and he bare faced lied his way through them press conferences. You then compare it with Sterling v Everton and the ball going out where they ask Pellers the question. He turns round trying to wriggle out of it a little to that point they made him watch the incident and then comment. I would of twatted them with the microphone the cheeky bastards yet they let other managers stand there and lie without being challenged.

Pointless banging on about it any more. Until a challenge system, backed by technology, is put in place it'll always be the same. It suits the media the way it is now, so that way it will stay until the rags/arse etc. are denied a title by a wrong decision or people start turning away from the game in their droves. Maybe it will never change.

Yesterday will be quickly forgotten and Clattenberg will be back refereeing high profile games again shortly.

The bigger issue in my opinion, one now gone unnoticed was Dier's handball leading up to the ludicrous decission.

Toure had skipped past him, Dier deliberately handled the ball, stopped Toure's progression and seconds later that decission was given.
The worst thing was, Clattenburg had his whistle to his mouth, I personally believe he didn't give the decission as he then would have to send Dier off. Who I'm 90% sure had already been booked.

He was a coward all day, to give that penalty is against every natural decission possible. In no way was that a clear deliberate handball. He had to consciously WANT to give that, hence being bent.

You have had some shockers this season, the everton penalty and now this, think Leciester had an offside goal too.
I know you're playing badly, but everything I read today is about how wonderful all conquering Spurs are, very little mention of the fact that Clattenberg decided to give them a penalty.
Maybe things even themselves out but it's rare that a "big" team gets so many blatantly bad decisions at home.

I have seen this guy be 5 yards away from Silva when he was clearly hacked down in the penalty box at Chelsea and say no pen. Towards the end of the same game he gave Chelsea a soft penalty in the same area which won them the game. This was in 2011 and from that game onwards we have never won a game with him in charge against a top six team in 10 attempts. I don't care that some of these non match going types tell us we're all embarrassing for believing the game is corrupt or biased. What I find embarrassing is their insistence it's just mistakes when it is clearly corrupt, and if they bothered to spend their hard earned money to see the same shit happening week in week out they too would smell the same stinking rat anyone with eyes and half a brain could see. The **** had the audacity to be in charge of the 6-1 and has been desperately trying to make amends with the dark side of football ever since. One day it will all come out but until then all we can do is support our team and hope these cheating bastards are brought to task. As for the naysayers I guess they were right when they said if you play with it too much you'll go BLIND!!!

Like you I doubt there is any genuine agenda / conspiracy to give decisions to Leicester and help them win games. However, referees are human after all and I wouldn't be surprised that this "great story for the premier league" could subconsciously affect them and mean they treat Leicester favourably when it comes to 50/50 decisions et cetera.

Sky started the day with the all conquering Spurs line and they finish the day still spouting it so job done as far as they are concerned. I will call the season right now and we can come back in May and discuss. Both Spurs and Leicester will be kept alive until the last 5/6 games at which point, Arsenal will be awarded the title. This is not sour grapes, it's the way this sham of a competition is decided and no doubt in future years, we will benefit from the exact same corruption bit it absolutely stinks.

They want a story, they want the drama and they want the armchair fan digging deep into their pockets and they get what they want.

The referring the previous week was also shocking they where far dirtier than I expected the ref could not even count properly the wall for first goal. Sometimes the ref makes sure the kick taker has room sometime he does not I noticed yesterday silva had little room to take a free kick. Which also reminds me I was fuming when he was pushed by one of there players of so he could take a free kick or make a pass. Its little things other teams get away with thats as annoying as anything the kicking and pushing of Silva I think it could explain his injuries and poor form he keeps expecting to get kicked wants to give the ball to soon. We also know that these little incidents get even less coverage than the other bigger incidents that also do not get the coverage for some reason that other incidents do. We seem to pick up a lot of cards and supposedly commit a lot of fouls despite having nice players having good amount of possession and players who do not need to commit fouls and who ought to be above average at timing tackles etc again seems odd.

No idea if the refers or rubbish or corrupt but its not acceptable

I felt the one on Wimmer was a booking but the earlier one wasn't.

My dad mentioned it to me today that people where saying he could have gone yet we could not remember the one he did not get booked for and the one did was perhaps fair but soft. Kompany certainly got a very soft yellow

Isn't it funny that the fact that the ball might have gone an inch over the goal-line for a millisecond, wasn't spotted and led to a goal was headline news for days yet a blatantly wrong call in every respect that also led to a goal is barely being mentioned.
