I guess we will find out soon enough. He looks a talent. I'd like him at City but can see him settling into Europe first time being easier for him in Spain. As long as he returns to City.

If we can get a permit on the exceptional talent rule he, Zinchenko and other current young players may be crucial in the early stages of the season, especially as we'll have Champs League qualifiers to negotiate.
With so many players coming back from tournaments it might be the end of August when they go out on loan.
