I was cheering by the time I got to the end of that post!SamTheGuru said:I can't quite understand all the negativity around the thought of signing Fellaini. Is it because he is not hyped up in the media? Because he is not a 20 year old playing in a foreign league of which people have hardly seen? Because he plays for Everton? It is probably a combination of all the above if you are honest with yourself as he is definitely not the skill-less clogger some of you are making him out to be.
On the plus side:
- Strong and powerful
- Good in the air
- Technically good on the ball
- Young
- Premier league proven (Although I hate the cliché)
- Both Defensive and Offensive capabilities
He would be a damn sight better signing than some of the names that get mentioned. In all honesty, I think he has a tonne of potential and Mancini would turn him into an absolute monster. A midfield of Yaya and Fellaini would scare the shit out of any team we came across.
