Continuing the 442 (4222) Set-up we have been using

Academy Subs: THB, Doyle, Palmer

Ake and Laporte should both play, yes they are both left-footed, but clearly Dias playing LCB so well and other top players in the world doing this show it's really not a big deal, so I think Ake could do it, or swap with Laporte.

I'd stop with this Zinchenko LB experiment and if we are playing with 2 DMs, then that's a great position for him, he and Dinho can partner there. Bernabe will provide width on the left.

The front 4 picks itself, with Delap as the "main striker" and Ferran playing off him. The 3 academy subs should come on as well at some point.

I'm still not sure if Walker or Cancelo starts against United, probably Walker for his pace, but Cancelo is more of an offensive threat, so not sure.

I think both Walker and Cancelo will play against Utd. Cancelo will play left back.
 
I want Foden to start against the rags. He gives more energy than most. But as Pep didn't use him today he'll probably have him on the field the whole game vs Marseille and be lucky to get ten minutes off the bench in the one that matters.

You may be right but I can't see how you can give young players a chance to experience what it's like to play against Eiropean opposition when you don't play them against teams like this with no pressure.
 
This is the team I’d play, but think Guardiola will go stronger than this.
