Not advocating anything at all. I's very simple, we need to be planning and buying the players we want to take us forward for the next 5 years.If those players ,or 2 of them are available in January all fine and dandy ,get them. However for reasons outside the clubs control those players might not be available until the summer.
You have no solution to that scenario but think it's a disgrace and criminal anyway,like the club can force other clubs and players. Or do you think the club should lower their sights,if the right players aren't available and fill the squad up with stop gaps not as good as players that may be available in the summer?

More importantly he is out with a back injury. That would be waste of money at this stage of the season.

The understudy part was tongue in cheek and thats why I referenced all the stuff he'd won. No one can get near Rodri as a understudy.

every time I've seen him for Spain he's been a Rodri clone with less physicality but more speed
 
Zubimendi been spooked thinking we have moved on maybe and now wanting to avoid missing out?
