If you truly believe that tens of millions are prevented from being billionaires then you have exceeded the bounds of bullshit. Tens of millions are not billionaires because they have been prevented from doing so by some unseen diktat, unless you're talking of communism, which does indeed prevent it. I listed three, simply because I couldn't be arsed writing out lists, but informed you of dozens more, there are also hundreds, if not thousands of others who may not be billionaires but have made dozens of millions, by virtue of the system in place.
