So, it’s been known for a while and the media had some information but failed to report, which probably means there’s some form of injunction around it. Time has moved on and the poor girl now feels she has to make it public.

I do wonder if she has been pressured to rescind the claims and felt this the only way to get the story out?
 
He seems to be a bit of a ****, if this is all true then he should be getting charged for it.

No doubt the Rags will get Saint Marcus out with his Fish Fingers to deflect the story.
 
Allegedly he was arrested and charged for kidnapping her in 2020.
 
Out of interest, why has the BBC not got any reference to this story yet online media like The Sun & Daily Mail etc have all got it running?

Its not illegal to record a call or even collect data. It is illegal, however, to publicise or share such data with third parties without consent.

Many cases have had recordings ruled inadmissible in Court. Its always hotly contested and needs a Judge’s approval. Lets hope that isnt going to happen in this case.
