They're both great but Silva is boss. I wish we had signed Mata in place of Nasri. I actually think Nasri is good, but Mata is better.

Ask me last season and it would've been silva by a country mile, but having seen more of Cazorla and seeing how influential Mata can be this season it is now a much more close run contest. Still prefer our boy, but the other two are not far behind tbh.

Not even close. I've been saying for two years now that Mata is overrated and I've seen nothing to change my mind. Sure he has 2/3 game spells where he looks like a world beater but then he disappears for a while before having another good game or two. He's a decent player but nowhere near world class and I'm glad we didn't sign him.

Silva's the better footballer but Mata is more consistent.

silly question, i love mata and would love him in our team however he is not on silva's level, the only thing mata has over silva is finishing. Silva all day long, only chelsea fans would say otherwise
