Alan Turing way north of teh ground near the gas tower, this was what convinced me it was being called off.

When you see cars in floods like that... Do they really just think "fuck it, I'll get through alright" or what? Rain can't add up that fast. One must have followed the other straight in without watching the one in front have a go first an all.

yea this caused huge traffic jams especially around longsight market. had to go into manchester and through ancoats, it took forever.
