Match of the Day - 2014/15

FFS, another programme I will have to record and watch, so I can fast forward past any "expert" analysis

I thought Ferdinand was okay at the World Cup.

Offered a surprising amount of up-to-date insight unlike the dinosaurs they've had sat opposite Lineker for FAR TOO LONG.

A BBC football presenter who can't bring himself to mention the champions of England by name. He's small time, petty, and completely unprofessional.
I won't be watching.
How did he refer to us ?

"The other team"

When we won the league in 2012. I don't think he referenced one City player by name in the WC but that might be because he is a thick twat.

Nice to see he is putting all his effort into his dream move to QPR
What is it with sport channels who think everyone wants panels full of ex rags. Hard to tell these days if I am watching Sky Sports News of MUTV

I think Ferguson did something similar too

I saw this news and just thought 'why?'

Didn't they see the reaction to Phil Neville during the world cup? It's just really fucking odd, like they are trying to piss people off because it's more important to keep whoever these guys agents are happy than it is to give the public (who don't have a choice about paying) decent coverage.

Clearly the taxpayer is last on the list when it comes to the concerns of the BBC. Talk about going for the bottom line. Imagine Sky trying to pull this shit, they'd be broke within a year, why should the BBC think differently?

Just... urgh.

Seems odd that someone still 'playing' 'full time' would sign on to present a late night show regularly? Surely should be putting all his efforts into playing well for QPR, staying fit and avoiding drug tests?

Also odd that Gullitt has jumped, him, Souness and Neville made a great panel on Sky.

Gullitt is average at best if they were going to take anyone from Sky it had to be Souness hes the best in the business. I guess they will all be rotating from week to week love watching MOTD2 think its the best out of all of the MOTDs. Also good to see the FA Cup games back on BBC.

Now that wio has signed for qpr, it does seem strange when it's filmed in Salford. As for Ruud,he has probably gone because like you say he is shite.Apart from the little wobble here and there Souness and Neville are the best.

Any one who's seen Guillit on Sky knows how much he hates us.

Always going on about how much money we spent.

Great player, shit manger, worse pundit.

Kettle pot black.
I dont give a flying fook if some one hates us, I want a balanced view.theres been plenty a time where I have had to watch City get slaughted and I say it how it is.Equally if it was the rags and they deserved to win I would say it.I don't want to say it but give credit where credit is due.80% of pundits will not do that,as much as we hate sky Neville,Souness and even Carragher will do it.
