ive read about a 3-1 win i think in 1975..i think..hartford and royle scored if i remember the u tube footage correctly...then there was nowt...until sergio scored in the league cup,or was it johnson..sergio i think. pissed again that night and made a fool of myself..my mates have never let me forget it. was taunting and laughing at arsenal fans after the match( still very pissed) and i thought i was so funny...then i realised i was lost,..completely lost and had no idea where the pub was that my mates were waiting for me in.
luckily bumped into a kind lad from Zurich, who worked in the Arsenal ticket office, who just happened to know the name of the pub i was looking for and walked me there.

Never got lost again at a footy match...until wigan in the cup, when after the match every coach car park looked the same.

That match was one year before i I became a city fan...and , to take all this back onto the thread title...ahem, ... i became a city fan after watching barnes and tueart ON MOTD.......phew, skillfully done there

Standard of refs is shocking, swanseas penalty and then red card was terrible.

That ref gotta be demoted for next week

It was his 4th PL game, and he was a late replacement for the scheduled ref. New refs have to learn, and this might do for him.
