I think it was an editing decision. They wanted to show Toures freekick but had to show the build up. From memory they gave the ball away straight from Yayas foul and that then led to our freekick.

Even by the BBC's complete and utter love in with all things rag that coverage tonight was incredible! Firstly the second match was shown first,why? Also why show a straightforward 3-0 win as oppose to a game with a last minute winner in it, some fantastic football by us in the first half, of which the 'highlights' hardly showed and one of the brightest talents to land on these shores in years? Complete and utter bias that's why!!
They never analysed closely the Sterling booking when he was clearly clipped. All I heard, from the commentator I think, is it was impossible to tell. If it was impossible to tell then why the fuck was he booked then??!! They never discussed the Swansea goal when a clearly offside player moved out of the way of the flight of the ball so leaving Willy unsighted. Oh but surprise surprise they let Clement moan like fuck about our winner, firstly for incredibly us taking a free kick from further BACK than it was should have been [ What the fuck? ] and then for a moving ball [ Ok he had a point there but it was almost from our corner flag ] Oh and the foul on Kolorov was a foul so get fucked!
On to the rag game and every goal was 'Brilliant' , they have the strongest squad, best first eleven and so on! Then the Mata foul which is a straight red all day long, studs up and lucky not to break Jack Frost's ankle. It was also right under the nose of that 'Altrincham fan' Taylor, no surprise that he never sent him off then eh? Oh and because it was that nice gentle softly spoken bloke Mata then it is ok then, all is well in the world. I am sure that **** has done a few of those dangerous tackles too!
I really hope our club is taking notes, compiling evidence and even digging up some dirt on a few of these utter ****s because we are going to be stuck with this shit forever and it is time to fight back!!

Unfortunately the only likely way to get rid of this bile of a football broadcaster would be to vote UKIP. Their manifesto includes the dismantling to a bare minimum the whole of the BBC oligopoly.

With our defence we are nowhere near the better starting 11 than some.Yes besides Chelsea they were talking,no mention of us though was there ? It was as though it was Chelsea/Spurs and rags,as though we didn't count,and truth is we have a better 11 than all 3 of them

Different eras for sure but some players just get away with stuff. Silva gets away with a few as well. Barton, Jones and Savage were sometimes sent off for who they were rather than what they'd done.
Silva cops as many as he gets away with! All Ragamuffins are getting away with the lot - elbows, two footed tackles, reckless tackles. It'll go on till the end of the season. And then carry on into next season, and ad infinitum! I wonder which would occur first - the jelly and ice cream party for the GPC or a red card for a Rag? Perhaps that was what SlurAlex was talking about when he said 'Not in my lifetime' - he was talking about a red card for a Rag.

watched MOTD2 and did manchester city win or what could not make it out by the highlights am not to sure
but i pissed my pants at the panel and when they said only united could chase down chelsea and united have the best squad and starting 11 what on earth did i just hear the other pundit piped out spurs have the best 11 in the league and man for man ? ok i can see that spurs only 9 behind chelsea but like united how many bookings and reds cards have they picked up and players missing to bans. i have seen over the season so many bad bad tackles by united players and nothing not even picking up a 1 match bad for 5 yellows shocking
united are 14 points off chelsea thats 5 games they have to turn over and chelsea lose and going back to the best squad have a look at manchester city bench vs swansea
