As happened today.

The game last for 90 mins and not 30 and if we are not 5-0 up in the first half it doesn't mean we have been shit or found out etc which far too many keep saying on here. We are killing sides with every passing minute in a game and at some point, their press or their back 8 gets knackered and mentally destroyed and we then score our goals and dominate.

Its beautiful to watch.

Please copy & paste this in to every match day thread as a reminder for the more fickle amongst us.

Was hilarious man. He properly had a paddy. He was still in his 'trying to block the fk from being taken' position when we scored, so the ref was still stood next to him. He saw the goal go in, threw his hands in the air and turned round and started going mad at him again. Ref just booked him immediately and he got dragged off by a team mate in a huff. Absolute gold.

During this Dyche and Pep had a go at each other and Pep was telling him repeatedly to zip it. So so good. He's a tough fucker, Pep.

It wil be one of the highlights of the season for me.

The sense of 'injustice' they have for the ref not helping them delay the free kick & of course the brilliance of the move itself.

Turned to my missus and said the exact same - that it was one of my favourite moments of the season. Absolutely lost it when the 2nd went in for that reason.

I bloody love football.

I wonder if Sir Anthony has set the tone for the cup semi with his ludicrous sending off of Fer today for a "tactical foul". It's not a red card unless you really want it to be...

Exactly this. And why we score so many more goals in the second half, including several late winners. It's not that "Pep gives them a rollicking at half time" or lady luck. We wear them down chasing shadows and eventually the gaps appear. Will be interesting to see how it works against the scousers.

By the way, loved the analysis of how Burnley have showed everyone how to play v City, by 'stopping' us from playing out from the back. And the 3 instances of it actually working, they managed to find during Burnley's 1-4 defeat.

The main one they highlighted, that went for a corner, would not have happened had Bravo made the easier pass to Fernandinho who was directly in front of him. I'm pretty sure Ederson would have made that pass as he regularly does so. It's funny because our coach wants them to come out and try to stop us so it draws players high and gives more space in the middle and opponent's half and also has the effect of tiring out players as we pass it around and they're wasting energy.

i don't think it was a bad decison.
Fer was cynical and looked quite aggressive when he did it, no trying to disguise it, even slightly, just swung his foot out and dropped him.
