Just watched MOTD.
That Wolves penalty was as soft as you gets them. VAR agreed
Silva being stepped on the foot with clear contact. No penalty. VAR check. Again no penalty.
Last week Rodri incident. And disallowed goal.

And obviously the penalty incident was a non talking point at MOTD. Instead it was about Walker who should’ve seen a red card. We were so lucky.

And you know what, it’s been going on and on and on. And it will go on. You can’t celebrate a goal and VAR is making a joke of themselves. Whatever.

Why is match of the day not making a fuss over this. Must have been told not to. Fucking never a penalty that. Never
No doubt there have been discussions between the PiGMOL and TV execs in an attempt to smooth the implementation of VAR. Unfortunately it has been so bad, it is becoming utterly embarrassing that ex referee's and TV pundits are continuing to try and justify what we can all see as punters is a steaming pile of sh*t.

(Oh, and it's also f*cking BENT)

Odd because they mentioned Silva and then proceeded to talk about 5 at the back or 4. More of a backhanded compliment that Bournemouth got it wrong. Barely shown any footage of him in a game where he bossed it as usual

From now on commentary is not about how we won, but what the opposition failed to do in order to defeat us.

Just me that thinks the wolves one is a penalty then?

The burnley player goes to ground, doesn't get the ball and takes the attacker out.

It's a penalty

The attacker was already on the ground. He just stuck a leg out in front of the defender. I'd be livid if that was given against us.

Dunno.

There have been so many sh*t rule changes VAR could probably find justification either way.

Var has clearly been told not to overrule a pen decision unless it is absolutely 100% wrong.
