After the game finished I wondered how we only got 1 point from it. After watching the highlights on MotD I wondered how we'd managed to scramble a point.

How can they show highlights and miss our three or four chances today against Villa?? Appalling show.

We were poor yesterday, but on another day one of the Haaland/De B/Foden shots find the bottom corner and we grind out a win.
No sign of these efforts on MOTD though, they had one shot on target and the bastard went in. In a desperate atempt to make Villa look better, they included a Bailey shot that was way off target.
In fairness though, they did point out that our players stoped playing after the whistle, and that Ederson might have saved Coutinho's effort.
Gerrard needs to stop moaning like a woman, going back to the last game of last season, first thing he did before congratulating us was moan about their keepers 'assault'. Then today about the foul on Ederson when the ball trickled away for a goal kick. Don't think this guy is mature enough to be a premier league manager, talking like he still plays.

Tbf they'd have to use a team build up goal which is unlikely as apparently we're boring, as he's not hit a thunderblaster.
