Why shouldn't he?Had been a good pundit over the years but should not be sharing political views.
The nazi comment was atrocious.

If you gave a vote - "should "we" get rid of City" then we'd be gone too, likewise for nearly every tv programme, MP etc etcMaybe give us all a vote asking which toilet we can flush it down, because believe me if it came to a vote it'll all come down.
Why shouldn't he?
You’d have a point had he said it on the program.Because the program is about football not about political views.

Unless you’re a politician, using your logic, you shouldn’t be able to comment on politics.
In your opinion. He is prominent figure for the BBC and what he posted was offensive.
Equating the language of politicians to Nazis is divisive and inflammatory.
I didn't hear him talk about Israel and Palestine, nor Tory language, on Match of the Day. When was that?Because the program is about football not about political views.

History will show, and IS showing, that he was correct to speak out. Silence is absolutely the wrong option. He’s guilty by association im afraid.
He’s paid by public money and therefore has a duty to be responsible with remarks he is making.
.
Many people think - outside of the rat emoji which he apologised for - that he has been responsible with the remarks he's made. He’s guilty by association im afraid.

He should, he shouldn't. I admire him for speaking out. This is beyond concern about a job.
He’s a presenter, not a pundit.Had been a good pundit over the years…
I’m a tax payer. I pay for cityThe taxpayer doesn't pay for City.

Did they interfere with Top Gear or did the main presenter and writer assault another employee? Hardly the same. The BBC have ruined so many good programmes by interfering with the format and/or the presenters. Examples are Top Gear, A Question of Sport and Newsnight. They are now doing the same to MOTD.
