Not sure what we do all week. This screams of a team that doesn’t have a fucking clue
Clarity of vision/purpose has, for years, been one of our greatest strengths. Now, there’s a lot of muddled thinking. Possession team? More direct? Counter-attacking? Wide fullbacks? Fullbacks into midfield? Absolutely no coherence at the moment.

Though ball on to Marmoush there but Bernie just keeps it instead.. this fucking possession over everything has to be reverse coached out of us. It's shite with our current crop and a waste of our forward line

Don't get the criticism of Stones for the goal. We've been playing like that for 8 years. If anything, Stones is guilty of being the only one left in our defence who has confidence in the people next to him to actually play that way.

Akanji has plenty of time to do whatever he needs to do. If he feels he can't deal with it, he should just get rid of it. In fact, he could do literally anything except for what he did which is take too long, fumble about and poke at it.

Far too calm at the back. Hoof it long for Erling and Omar, it worked against Chelsea!

Our defenders receive those type of balls on a regular basis with no problem.
Because you have the fire service on standby doesn't mean you have to attempt burning down your house just because the fire service deal with that type of situation on a regular basis. If a defender has been playing for City for years and still passes like a footballer from Stoke City then something clearly isn't right.
