We can’t take those moments for granted. If we’re not ruthless and just assume there’ll be plenty more chances, that it doesn’t matter if we waste it, then this is what happens. The players are getting frustrated with each other and that will never result in a good performance.

Had Andy Townsend on my feed saying that Mings was trying to wind Erling up. Pretty obvious he was just annoyed because Haaland made him look week a few seconds before.

5/10 so far. We seem to be lacking any real urgency out there. Perhaps if Walker hadn't messed up that chance earlier, and we'd gone 1 up, the game would have developed differently. Or perhaps not. We'll never know.

Walker trying to spray balls like he’s a primo Pirlo lol

He seems more than ever this season to be the one that has been given responsibility at times to play balls inbtween the lines and unfrtunately its not working a lot fo the time.....the opposition are happy for him to try as he is our weakest player at it....not at criticism of him as he is a great defender.

Not sure his chance even if he'd scored or passed to Haaland would have counted...looked slightly offside..

Really poor in terms of concentration and technique - we’ve struggled to string two passes together and it has a hint of overconfidence to me. Every through ball has been over hit massively and simple short passes have gone astray as well.

One goal though and Villa will probably implode.

Having Bernado stuck out in the wing isn’t working either. Would rather have him in the middle and Mahrez or Alvarez coming on.

Foden and Walker need a kick up the arse.
