It’s a huge issue and one that needs addressing from top to bottom. It’s the single complaint I have about the Pep years. So so many talented young players allowed to leave who are ripping it up everywhere. Players we’d now be quoted nigh on 50+ million for every single one of them. We need to be blooding players in the league with loans, not sales and then building them into the first team.
