There was barely a whimper on here when we let Rogers go.

And 70+ teams above Lincoln passed on him when he went.

He’s turned out well, but it was hardly a surprise he didn’t break through, he didn’t do enough in his loans or in training here to give a hint he’d come good.
Irrelevant. How many chances did we give him to integrate? How many league cup appearances?

The irony is we currently have a youth product that isn't good enough stagnating on the bench because we wanted to keep him. Let's not sugarcoat it, our record with youth is shite.
 
Who is in center mid now? Bernardo and Grealish? Instead of flooding the midfield like Mancini used to do to regain control, we are putting more wingers on and nobody can keep hold of the ball
 
The worrying thing is there's not one glimmer of hope or positivity to cling to, we seem devoid of confidence, fight, ideas - and that goes for Pep as much as the players, we seem to just be going through the motions.

Something has to give soon.
