The fact the FA cup isn't the last game of the season is fucking ridiculous, no rest hardly any preparation time. Ridiculous.

I never understood why that was so. Yet another thing that eats away at the prestige of the competition (which was once considered, and I can remember it, as important as winning D1). Why has it been the case that it was played before the end of the season?
