Think we are going to struggle to get out of there without losing. They look faster, stronger and technically better than us so far and I get the feeling this ref is going to have us down to 10 men at some point.

For a bunch of big strong lads this Lyon team don't have go down easily. I can see this passing the ball you a team mate before hurling yourself at the nearest opposition player and hitting the deck tactic catching on tbf.

Mahrez looks lost, and his legs are on the wrong way round tonight. Laporte the only stand out performance for me. Need Raz on right. Can't see ferna lasting an hour at this rate.

If Delph is our best chance of changing this game we are fucked.

He might not change it in an attacking way but he will help stop them walking through midfield time and time again mate

Haven’t really been at it,but Lyon have probably played their best 45 mins this season,they would need to get a goal up by 65-70 min as they will be out on their feet having put so much in,mahrez hasn’t really done much bar two shots and if he could hit a ball may have scored one of them,hook him off for Delph,anyhow a draw is ok ..

Where does this Lyon team go for 90% of their other matches? They look good tonight.

Entertaining game so far. City goal leading a bit of a charmed life at times. City playing some nice build up but lacking a cutting edge. Happy with 0-0 based on that.
