Tbf it’s not about fire power. I don’t think we’ve had a shot yet and haven’t looked like creating one. We have to create chances before we can score them. It’s looking like a corner or set piece will be our best chance to score the way Madrid are defending

It is hard to create chances when one team can get away with only playing half of the game, while having a team of world class players to do it. How anyone can blame City for how the game is panning out I don't know. This is what Atletico do. We just have to take our chances when they do come.

No need to panic, a lot of positives for me. People here are acting like if they expected us to be 3-0 up against perhaps the best defensive team in Europe. Atletico are creating less than nothing, was a bit worried they would be dangerous on the counter. We are controlling the game completely, if the remaining 3 halfs of this tie go like this we will most likely win. They will get a bit more tired in the second half, giving us the opportunity to create some chances and hopefully a goal or two.

Certainly lacking something tonight. Almost afraid to have a go. Ake offers nothing going forward so it’s easy for them to predict what’s going to happen. Everything coming from the right.

Could put Stones to right back and Cancelo to the left for ten minutes to see if that makes a difference. We’re a little lopsided as is.
