Something I'"m seeing from OS studio view. I've always been more or less aware of it, because I sit close to it when I'm at the Etihad. That hospitality area smack bang in the middle of the SS just clears out completely at half-time. I mean, down to the last man, basically. Of course, it's their right to do it, but it just really kills the vibe, in my opinion. Poor siting of it. I really hope they get the North Stand right.

Walker has been shocking but Stones worse.
Gundogan and Jack not on it.
Eddie and Alfies boy great.
Brentford first half as good a performance as i have seen in the last few seasons at the Etihad.,
It would be interesting to see the stats.

Got to give Brentford some credit. They've pressed us well (as i half thought they would) and Kyle is still rusty as fuck. Godri and Gvardiol at half time please for Kyle and Kova. Akanji to right back and/or to follow Mbuemo.
I wouldn't mind Jack at 10 and Rico wide either. Doku and Foden for last 15 mins.

What price another Haaland hatrick?

I’d bring Rodri on for Kova especially as he’s been booked now. Too much coming through midfield. Walker and John Boy have been awful but they won’t shake rustiness off without playing. Looking at the long run we need to keep them on really and assume they’ll play themselves into form. Plenty of options if needed. Probably the best bench ever in club football

They've got to play, like you say to get them up to speed. They have both hardly played at all and it's showing.

Very rusty play from Stones and Walker and Lewis playing so far upfield has lead to us looking very suspect at the back. We've looked dangerous going forward though.

I'd be tempted to bring Rodri on for Gundogan and Gvardiol for Lewis. Would make us a bit more solid defensively, add some more height (as they have looked dangerous from corners) and give us more control in CM.

If we can sort out our defence and keep playing well going forward, we should win this.

?? Stones gifted the goal, gifted the ball 3 times to dangerous counterattacks, had bad positioning allowing the clearest chance they had (the one Rico saved us). How can anyone say that?
