Decent half from us. Phillips doing alright at centre-half, his long balls are an asset but it’s a shame he fucked up a relatively easy pass that let them in. Pep’s reaction said it all. Tbf, Ortega dropped an even bigger bollock but also got away with it.

Wilson-Esbrand looked good too, gutted for him with that injury.

Going better than I expected really, but Chelsea have been very bad despite their strong line-up. Hopefully bodes well for that first game.

Ashamed to say I dosed off and missed the first 30 minutes.

Did we look as dominant in that period as we did generally in the last 15?

A bit sloppy to be honest. Pitch is a bit shit which is not helping. They've probably had a bit more possession but we've done more with it. Chelsea's defence looks more brittle than Bertie Brittle, a professor of brittle bone disease at the University of Brittle, OH.

I'm tired... it's late.

Not sure.

Depends on whether the players are fully fit, so I can't predict.
Surely he's gone. We've been trying to get him out for two years.
Pep said after the game last week that he is good when he can see the entire pitch in front of him.
Unless he turns down another loan move I would have to think he's gone.
