You know, I've hated Sterling this season - but I actually think he's our most dangerous player. The problem is that we haven't got anyone knitting the midfield together from the back. And that's a selection problem.

That defending for their goal was fucking awful. Stones, Walker, Zinchenko all poor.

Walker had absolutely nothing to do with that goal, that was all on Zinch. No need to spread the blame around.

It’s been awful all night. How many mis-cleared balls are we gonna get away with.

This was definitely poor. Our CBs have been very aggressive jumping out but we really got caught out there. Only two were back and Zinchenko had it all in front of him to see and let it all develop

He's the one doing most of the defending down that side tbf, zinchenko seems to have forgotten how to run backwards

The stupid part is that i called this before kickoff down to the last detail...i said to my old man this formation, gundo in the anchor role, and starting sterling, is suicidal. We as fans can see it but pep cannot...someone said it best when they called it pathalogical.
