He's great going forward, defensively he's a utter liability and always has been. There's a lot more examples of it bar that red card and his mistake at Anfield.

The red for me is fair enough for me, he barged a player clean through on goal in the back, in front of the ref. He's asking for trouble.

Agree. And then stood on him and that was no accident. I think Cancelo is a bit of a mouth breather at times.

Cancelo was looking at the attacker with that mad stare he had rather than looking at the ball it was a high elbow challenge not a shoulder followed up with a clumsy stomp . He should never be relied on to be the last man .

Cancelo is a liability full stop. Absolutely shite defensively.
