Not quite sure how manuel doesn't realise that yaya in a 2 will always get over run?!?!? With fernando and Fernandinho in the team it allows us to stay solid and for yaya to push on and get more involved upfield!! Also allows merlin more space to do what he does best.

We haven't been overrun. At all. We've had more of the ball. Yaya and Fernando have done their jobs well, it's breaking down too often with the attacking players.

So many people on here think we din't do well in that half, wow ! I actually thought we were better than them and it is not a bottom of the league team ! They just put numbers behind the ball and defended.

Not a great first half really Nando is out of position a lot and they are getting to much space in between our midfield and back 4 lucky to be 1-0 up at the mo and Pellers needs to sort this

Most frustrating thing for me is the lack of pace. It's all in front of Liverpool giving their shite defence chance to get organised. Need to inject some pace into our passing and when we break, look like we mean it, not this walking around bollocks.

The first 30 minutes or so, the mickeys were the better team, without really threatening that much. We got into it a bit more in the run up to HT. Big second half performance needed now.

Did he book Coutinho for kicking the ball away? Yaya was never a booking either (or a foul). He's been useless this half, can't see anything changing. Sterling going to ground soon as he's touched is giving him free kick after free kick.

Let's hope we can get a few more and shut them all up!
