Typical of recent home games against Liverpool, start off great then let them score with their first attack, miss some very good chances but continue to look very good in patches
some iffy defending at the back from us too, not as convinced by Akanji as I originally was
Some good stuff from Palmer and some wasted stuff too

Some really good individual performances out there. KDB excellent. Palmer and Rico really impressive.

Ake and Akanji are positionally all over the show. They are not good enough for this side. The drop off from where we were at CB a couple of years ago is huge with these two involved. Whether we will see Dias again is questionable because it looks like Akanji has eaten him.

Gundo has had one of the weirdest halves I have seen from a footballer. Some excellent stuff mixed in with some absolute turd.

As for Mahrez…an absolute disgrace. We play with 10 men every time he is on the pitch.

Time to cut our losses on Mahrez. We should demand more from him. Not producing at all.
