For me the worst decision by a mile is the Casemeiro one. It is the very essence of violent play, could easily have broken a leg. Had that been a City player it's a red card, absolutely no doubt in my mind.
Never going to be given after the referee had given the foul the other way first.
 
Just to check in, VAR decided:

- an accidental flick of the fingers from point-blank range needed a look by the ref
- a probable pen for us wasn‘t worthy of the ref having a look
- Casemiro deliberately going over the top of the ball in a mandatory „orange card“ scenario wasn‘t worth a look either

Right?
