We’ve seen some poor performances amongst all the great ones but this is by far the worst 45 mins under Pep’s reign. He will be shocked like the rest of us are. Can’t see us coming back from this, we’ve left far too much to do.

It’s seen a couple of ridiculous bits of defending but we’ve actually had much worse performances. The worry is that in other performances we didn’t have our best players on show. Today, however, it’s senior players who are having stinkers.

100% this. These days it’s as important to be a footballer as it is a keeper. Ederson isn’t in the top 10 shot stoppers in world football. But he is the best footballer-goalkeeper on the planet and we desperately need him
