i think youre being too harsh, theyve put together a lot of sequences etc, not with a great amount of end product i grant you but theyre knocking it around. it's OFF the ball where City are really struggling at the moment

Agree, but we also seem to playing with very little shape and our discipline at holding position is alarming.

yup, all the off the ball movement when we have the ball, tracking when we dont, positioning, shape, holding the defensive line, it's all completely out of kilter. it's odd, it's not just a bit off, it's really wrong. they can still play well with the ball but without it, just wrong.
