To be fair, most were defending Edin, but you cannot possibly be arguing that the tap in and the fairly simple pass (I made several like that yesterday in a community match) is enough to excuse the rest of Nasri's performance thus far?

If we do the same for the remaining games this season (ie; play shit and win), I'll take it!

I will, too, but I'd rather the wins not be in spite of his poor performances is all.

Won a penalty, beautiful flick to Silva (though off-side) and scored a third...Lad didnt put a foot in wrong...

Edins had a great game. The midfield, silva apart, have not

Silva was miles offside, maybe the lino didn't see Edin's flick.

Dzeko/Silva our two best players, otherwise we've been poor. Hate these 12:45 kick off especially against a very good pressing side like Southampton.

How good is Shaw!

Not saying definitively either way but it was definitely not miles, they showed it several times and Shaw made it extremely close. If the cut of the grass is perfectly parallel to the goal then Silva was off by six inches.

Just having a bit of fun, he was miles off. ;-)

Not even playing well but we are being ruthless in front of goal. I'd sure up midfield and counter now

Thats what Jose would do and snuff the game out but we are not like that and most times that fine but occassionally I would like us to snuff out sides and this ins one game where we can do it with a 2 goal cushion.
