We've spoke to the VAR match centre and this is why Phil Foden didn't get a penalty...

Apparently Hinchcliffe thinks its OK to just shove your opponent away in the penalty area yet less of an arm on the shoulder defo penalty. Gundog was fouled at least 3 times and Moss waved play on, managing the game. Wankers one and all.
