One thing I struggle to understand is what exactly do teams like Sparta hope to achieve playing a 5-4-1. They conceded inside 3 minutes so clearly they’re not that good at it. They are no threat at all in attack so is it just about keeping the score down ? If they lose 1-0 or 5-0 they still leave with the same number of points.

While they’re only one down they could always get a breakaway goal

I’m still enjoying this game.

I'm frustrated because they will probably score.

But no pressure like a pl game.

But a worrying trend with the slow play and nobody - apart from Phil attempting a shot from outside the box.
