Isit just me who feels the club is abit light in centre midfield. If Manuel plans on playing three centre midfielders in Europe he's one injury away from having bare bones. Not to mention the next in line would be a 36 year old who makes Garcia look like Fern in terms of ability to get around the field.

I haven't seen any indication that we will be going 3 in midfield in Europe, not unless pellegrini has said this and I've missed it.

I share your concerns about the midfield situation but Lampard at 36 is more mobile than Garcia ever will be.

It never ceases to amaze me how teams can get away with kicking us all over the park, yet we're penalised for nearly every challenge. Stoke's approach couldn't be more obvious, but Mason just lets them get on with it.

I think away from home we would be insane to not go three in midfield against the likes of Bayern and Roma.
