Im very much old school but we are seeing why virtually every manager is calling for the xmas schedule to be re done.

The game has moved on pace wise and it might seem fun for fans a game every couple of days over xmas and new year, the reality is watching games well below the quality we know teams are capable of.

Whether it is Bony or not we do need an extra striker.

I'd prefer Milner in front of Jovetic.

Jovetic doesn't look match fit but you are right Jovetic will struggle to remain injury free. But Milner isn't the answer either.

To be expected. Sunderland park the bus and as a result we pass to infinity and the game becomes flat. Third game in a week in poor conditions not helping either.
Super frank will come on and net one from 20 yards.

Rodwell is a snidey little ****. He's done Yaya and Nasri and we didn't even get a foul for either of them. He should be on at least a yellow.

We better win this. Anything less than 4 points from Burnley and Sunderland at home would be disastrous.

Yep it really would be a nail in the coffin for our title hopes particularly with our upcoming fixtures...Jovetic has been abysmal so far.

Horrible game this. Massive bus parked in their box.

I'd actually let them have more ball and let them come at us, then hit them on the break. We have to create space between their lines and that's the only way I see it happening.

One of those frustrating games because you can sense what is coming. A conscious effort is required from the players to know exactly what has happened before in these situations, know what is happening now and then act to inject tempo and urgency to get the first goal and win this game.

Sunderland are a good team and when they start playing in the second half, it could get tricky. We need more energy.

I would have Milner over Jovetic, whom has been very average today.

Sunderland should not be shown on tv away to the big teams its same shit always so so negative. The games been a bore fest we don't look like scoring at all.
