I'm not really bothered by the commentators and pundits being gutted. Us losing would have been a much more interesting score line for a neutral.

We were a lot better in the second half, and in the end good value for a win, but we were universally appalling in the first half. Our guys need to realise they need to fight sometimes.
 
We got there. Well done lads. Credit to Sunderland for making a game of it.
