Its a miracle that is the 1st penalty lescott has given away. He defends with his hands, climbs and pushes.

How is boetang on the bench behind him? Where is Boyata?

Have to love the matchday threads.

Your point being?

Boateng may have his frailties and look a little slow, but he's better than lescott. Boyata did well when he played, one harsh red. Game after game Lescott pushes, tugs, shoves and defends with his hands.

On top of that we look shaky and unsure when lescott plays.
