We played Liverpool in a massive game on Thursday.

We had 2 days rest.

Southampton had more than a week rest.

This is their 4th game since the return, it's our 6th.

People also talking about the number of defeats vs the likes of Arsenal. Just look at the manner of the defeats.

We’ve absolutely bombarded their goal and they scored off a player we know isn’t good enough and is just getting game time making a mistake.

This is compared to Arsenal who go out with a whimper and get played around with.
