Par for the course, isn't it? The whole 'typical match day thread' idea seems a bit of a myth to me. People get caught up when we're not playing well (which we're not); a number criticise and usually a handful go a bit over the top. Then the 'stop flapping' brigade announce that everyone on the thread is a bit of a shithouse and would be useless in the trenches .... ; )
