It wasn't the obvious sub. Negredo off; certainly. But not Garcia on. Milner should have come on.

A holding player like Garcia to stifle their creative play and retain possession is the perfect sub under the circumstances.

If Garcia had any were the least bit effective I would agree.

My stream is a full five minutes behind so it's pretty pointless trying to contribute to this thread but cracking goal, and it's incredible how much power that had. I knew he had that power in his left foot but I didn't know he had a right foot. I've never seen him attempt anything with his right foot before today but it must be something he's working on, and cutting inside too. Props to Pellegrini on that. He's got Yaya scoring free-kicks very consistently and Kolarov cutting in and braving his right foot.
