Have to agree as soon as the ref pointed I had a feeling he would miss it,that’s a few he’s missed, don’t understand why gundogan didn’t take it he scored one last season at spurs ( although I at Wembley)..
I have a suspicion Ederson might be the best penalty taker in the team.

Yes, I am convinced by him, this is why he gets time. Not convinced by this setup today - my worry is that this 'interestingly different' look to the team is a recurring pattern as per the Gundo out wide vs dippers last year. Overall we've been ok but David and Setg have had very little service.

It's not that I don't want to be convinced... :-)

the set up is working so far in my opinion. its 0-0 and we should have scored a penalty.

Don't know what to make of that. We are exposed on the flanks simply because Walker and Delph are so sloppy.

We can't get a pass out from the back into the midfield and only look threatening if the ball goes out wide to Raheem.

Not sure how much more Spurs have in their locker but certainly have the players to hurt us if we keep giving away stupid free kicks around the box.

I just hope he has a trap to spring in the second half. KDB, Sane and Gabby on last 20 minutes. Eddie has been very good so far.
