Good half. All being well get haaland annd doku off on 70 and cherki and marmoush on for mins in legs.

A short sloppy spell but otherwise a very good performance. Great balance in midfield and excellent attacking play. Stones adding numbers in midfield is causing them issues. The first goal was like City of old! Savio looking so much more confident again, and working hard off the ball too.

Early third goal and we can hopefully give others some minutes to get form and fitness.

So happy we got 2 goals, I can relax a bit now. We have done well considering the line-up but what I will say is they have been so poor. Come on City let's get 5 or 6 and go into the villa game full of confidence!

The one complaint I've got is Savinho. Yeah he got an assist but apart from that I dont think he's ran at that defender once since the yellow card.

Big shout outs to Lewis and Nunes. They have proven me wrong and im happy to admit it!

He's extremely frustrating. It was the first ball he's put across, amazing what happens when you go direct or try and beat a player. He's spent the whole game coming back on to his left foot and passing back to midfield.

I thought I was the only one not buying into the Sav love in :). He's been poor apart from a very good cross

Nunes best defender and probably best on the pitch, I'd say get the wingers off but both FB's on yellows

Cherki and Mamoush can be a problem for fullbacks on a yellow :)

Nunes has been playing really well recently. He's in good form.

Only took him 3 years but fair fucks he’s been much improved.

Very good first half. We've controlled the game and scored two excellent goals.

You can tell there's a very good vibe in this City squad. We're going to take some beating this season.

Can't wait till Godri , Moosh and Cherki are fully fit and up to speed , we're beginning to click ,considering everyone were writing us off the best is yet to come imo

La Liga has nose dived in quality this decade.

The Rags went to Athletic, who finished 4th there last season, and made them look like a team who’d easily finish dead bottom of the PL… and that’s the Rags who were shite last season.

I’d argue the French league could be as good as La Liga now.

Left side (Josko and Doku) have been a bit weak so far. I think Rico and Nunes have been great so far. Tighten up the passing a bit in the 2nd and we win quite easily.
