Lack of a proper pre-season really affecting us. Fitness levels are not there yet. Lots of players lacking sharpness. Sloppy passing, giving away possession too frequently.
The better performers are the ones that had little break (Mahrez and Jesus). Walker looks more focused than last season also.
I fear that the Spurs game might be coming too early into the season. We absolutely need to win this in order to give ourselves a little leeway at WHL.

Haven’t you got a wedding to go to ?You can see why the entire world thinks Rodri is Biscuit's replacement.
I said pre season, when he was stranded in some bizarre positions early on; I think he has some new instructiins to bomb forward more both inside & outside, like Cancello in fact.
I don't think that bodes well for him tbh. I love Walker but Cancelo is a better attacking RB. As we used our RB's last season, Walker would start every week. If they're going to suddenly be bombing forward and used as auxillary wingers, it's playing completely to Cancelo's strengths.

You can see why the entire world thinks Rodri is Biscuit's replacement.
He's going to be great for us.
But imo he is chasing the ball at the moment & leaving holes behind.
He is already the best we've had, on the ball, though even allowing for the odx fuckup, which will stop.
