So it has come to this!!! I thought part of being a footy fan was singing banter at each other!!! It is obvious that stewards are so bored that they have taken to picking 1 or 2 supporters out of a crowd. I was banned just over 2 years ago for 3 matches for holding a shirt above my head. What happened to targeting the people who cause the real problems? Oh I guess that would be to much hassle, let's pick on the easy targets.

Completely agree. Sounds like picking on an easy target. I've heard now in Swansea they are arresting people for singing "sheepshaggers" as it could be racist/discrimination. Ridiculous. Banter is banter

I forgot to say three yes three policemen had him up against a wall, now this lad, if a slight wind blow it would knock him over. and just to say it wasn't any Chelsea fans who reported him but a steward. but why not some others who was singing it

a lad whose 17 got arrested on Sunday, I and a few lads used to go on the s yorks bus, and we all know him and his dad, anyway his dad at the moment can't go so he and his sister goes to games , anyway after game [ he sits near away fans on 2nd tier ] loads was singing rent boys to Chelsea fans and a steward saw this young lad and reported him to police for this. now this lad couldnt knock a skin off a rice pudding got arrested, a couple of the Donny lot tried and did help him after he did get arrested. police was going to take him to cells in Manchester and would let him out at 6 ish, but he only had a few pounds on him so god knows how he would of got home. anyway one of our group said he would be in his care so he could get home. but why did a steward just pick on him, think that he might get a ban from city for having a bit of banter with the Chelsea fans. and why was some Chelsea fans in el3 on sunday, they cheered when Chelsea scored and there was a few of city fans was having a go

We don't need chavs like your mate at The Etihad. Hopefully he gets a lifelong ban.
