A guy (City fan) with 25k followers on Instagram posted a picture of Kovacic and asked if he would be the right signing for us, and Kovacic (official account) voted yes. Maybe he was the reason we sent delegates to Madrid a couple weeks ago?

Presumably Kovacic doesn’t actually run his social media accounts himself. Some underpaid intern probably just trawls Twitter, Instagram etc for references to the player and likes them accordingly. I don’t think it really hints at a move.

Might be true, but I would have thought that Kovacic had told the people to not like or vote on things like that. Would be quite unprofessional if someone voted on that poll without having the permission by Kovacic himself
