Would be happy at £30m to add cover for 3 possibly 4 seasons and allow us time to see younger options appear in the market.Chelsea wants 30-35m for Kovacic according to Kinsella. It'll probably be around 30m

City would probably push it down... They have zero leverage with them pushing for Ugarte, with need of sales. 25m + 5. No idea though if City want this done asap or not£30m with £5m success add ons it is then!

15 mil with 7 million add ins :)We can hold out and offer 25m+addons of 7m it’s chelsea who need to sell and he only wants us.
just pay the 30m and be done with it. It's a quick and cheap deal. Get him in to lure Gvardiol on board. Loads of time early on to push the other 2-4 targets (lb, cm, rw)We can hold out and offer 25m+addons of 7m it’s chelsea who need to sell and he only wants us.
Like most of us says:I think he would fit in well, maybe not quite Yaya or Kev, but a strong box to box midfielder who can adapt to Pep’s style of play. At £35m seems good value. I hope we keep Gundogan and give Phillips a chance to settle in, too many forget he spent a lot of the season injured.
They should pay us to take himWe can hold out and offer 25m+addons of 7m it’s chelsea who need to sell and he only wants us.
Even if Gundo stays, Kovacic has probably 4 years after Gundo eventually leaves after a two year extension. As you say…Like most of us says:
If he's here to add depth 10/10 signing (no joke)
If he's here to replace Gundo or Bernardo, 4/10
