Did he have permission to skip work? Top-level ****. Horrible attitude!
I will get some stick for this but it all will pan out in the wholeHe'll be out with a yeast infection before long.
They have a valuation they are keeping to. Hardly being unreasonable. That's precisely why Nunes went on strike. Wolves promised they would allow him to leave for a top club. Yet, they are acting like cunts now, not being reasonable.
Should have had it in his contract then. What's not in contract isn't worth anything. He should be blaming his agent and himself for not putting it in. No-one else to blame imo. That's precisely why Nunes went on strike. Wolves promised they would allow him to leave for a top club. Yet, they are acting like cunts now, not being reasonable.
Problem with that is he is not the same profile as any of the players we have been looking at - all who have great ball carrying/dribbling forward abilities....Phillips doesnt possess this and its obviously something that Pep wants in a player at present.Philips might get his chance if we don't sign no one else
I hope this deal gets done, our squad is too small and we need more midfield cover.Makes sense that we would walk away. Nunes doesn’t go on strike if City still have more wiggle room on the fee. And Wolves ain’t budging. Dead deal. Not sure if there’s time for another target or if we’re done. I think we end up panicking for someone as or squad depth is non-existent. The Paqueta investigation really threw a spanner in the works.
That's how we do all of our transfer businessDon't usually comment on transfer shenanigans but this one does not feel quite right. Nunes is an average PL player and unless we can agree a transfer on our terms then we should walk away.
