KDB will be back eventually. Foden is a big-time goal threat and is creative in his own right. Kovacic has looked great but he doesn't cover nearly as much ground as Nunes does. I imagine the thinking is bringing in Nunes makes our midfield a lot more solid/athletic, takes some of that defensive burden off of Foden, and allows him to be an out-and-out 10. Nunes showed he was capable of scoring some great goals for Sporting as well. I think if it gets done, he'll surprise some people.

Disagree. We need to rest rodri. kovacic and nunes would allow us to do that with foden in the 10. Watching his highlights he seems another kovacic type player perhaps not as good
